Space can be tight in the cave rooms. the lack of window ventilation leads to potential humidity issues. Some amenities like air conditioning may not be reliable, which could be a problem for those sensitive to mildewy smells.

I found the lack of proper ventilation quite frustrating, as it made the air feel stale and suffocating. The bathroom also seemed outdated and poorly maintained, as the spa bath took an eternity to drain. Overall, my experience was dampened by these persistent issues.

Amazing Turkish breakfast with homemade jam.

My recent stay at Wish Cappadocia was exceptional. I stayed in a Deluxe Cave Room, which was both cozy and well-decorated, embodying a unique charm of cave living. The views from the terrace during breakfast were breathtaking, with mesmerizing sights of the balloons at sunrise. The staff, especially Önder and his wife, were extraordinarily helpful and provided great recommendations, making my work trip more enjoyable.

Önder and his wife are super hospitable people! They went out of their way to make breakfast just how I liked it and even prepped a to-go meal since I was leaving early. The view from the terrace while having my first cup of coffee was amazing

The Executive Stone Suite provided an excellent view of the valley, paired with a cozy and clean atmosphere that ensured a peaceful retreat. The breakfast spread, featuring homemade jams and crispy fries, was a delightful highlight. However, the lack of reliable air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm at times, and some amenities felt outdated, detracting from the overall experience. Despite these issues, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff truly shone through, making the stay enjoyable.

The Standard Cave Room was cozy and nicely decorated. You could feel the warmth of the cave structure, and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was clean and had good amenities. Breakfast was also a highlight, with some unique Turkish options. I definitely felt at home during my stay, just wished it was slightly bigger!

The unique cave room gave us such a cozy vibe and the homemade breakfast spread was truly a delicious adventure with all its traditional flavors. We loved chilling out on the sun terrace and unwinding in the cozy leisure room after our daily explorations. One little downside was the absence of a kitchen, but it didn’t take away from our wonderful experience at all. 😊
